How we use your data
If you submit data using one of the forms on the website, this data is transmitted by email to Better Europe for further processing, and held on our email server in Haarlem, The Netherlands.
If you sign up to our newsletter, your email address (and nothing else) is stored and used to send you updates on political developments in sectors that we monitor and updates regarding our services. Your data is stored by MailerLite on their servers in Vilnius, Lithuania. Data will be held until you unsubscribe from our newsletter. If you signed up before March 2018, your data was stored with MailChimp in the USA; we have deleted all of your data on this service in May 2018.
How to withdraw consent or apply “your right to be forgotten”
Under the GDPR, you have the right to withdraw consent to treatment of your personal information at any time, by simply unsubscribing from our newsletter or informing us by e-mail or telephone.
